Notes:
B.Muller and A.H.U. Drenthen are each 25% shareholders in Port Invest B.V which will own 16.322.000 shares with effect from 21st December 2010 representing 20.75% of the issued share capital. The holdings of C.P.Fairweather above include the share holding of Stanmark Securities Limited of 1,125,000 Ordinary Shares, in which he has a substantial interest.

The Percentage of the issued shares of the Company not in public hands is estimated to be 46.61%.

The shares have been admitted to trading on AIM and are also traded on PLUS-Traded. There are no restrictions on transfer of shares.



























Options in respect of 1,299,500 are in issue to certain Directors and Employees.

P. Snell is also interested in 200,000 shares in House of Italy Limited, a company in which he is a minority shareholder.
