Shares in issue and listed on AIM and Plus Markets:
The Company has in issue 78,780,655 ordinary shares of 0.2p each. The shares have been admitted to trading on AIM and are also traded on PLUS-Traded.


There are no restrictions on transfer of shares. The Percentage of the issued shares of the Company not in public hands is 45%. Options in respect of 1,299,500 are in issue to certain Directors and Employees.
